CONSULTATIONS
Everyone is unique.
This is why it is important to meet for an initial consultation which will give us the opportunity to discuss what your needs and expectations are, and to establish whether we are comfortable working together.
This process involves one or more meetings, usually two, to assess which approach would be the best suitable and to help you experience what working with me would be like.
Sessions, including each initial consultation meeting, last 50 minutes, and if you decide to commit to therapy, we will then arrange a day and a time to meet regularly every week.

IN PERSON, ONLINE and TELEPHONE sessions can be arranged for daytime and evening slots. Please see my Contact page to make an appointment.
FEES
Current fees are £70 - £ 120
Starting from £ 70 for individuals and £ 90 for couples daytime, evening sessions are charged more.
Fees for ongoing sessions are agreed at consultation, and reduced fees may sometimes be available for trainee counsellors and more intensive work.

My practice is in Wimbledon, 20 minutes from Central London by train, and easy to get to from South West London and Surrey.
